The staff has gone downhill. I tried to fill an RX for my dog and was told I needed to schedule an appointment before they could fill the Rx. My schedule is not typical during busy periods and there are times when I do not have days off.
I was put on hold by a staff member who said she was going to explain my situation to the office manager and talked to me about a possibility of dropping my dog off in the morning and picking her up after work.
I was on hold for over 10 minutes. At that time a woman answered and was quite rude. I asked if she was briefed on my situation and if she was the office manager. Unfortunately, she was not. Also, she was not very friendly on the phone.
By the time I attempted to explain what the other employee said she would Melanie began to talk over me. I asked her to not talk over me as I wanted to explain the possibility the other receptionist mentioned. She then hung up on me.
I called back and was hung up on again. Is this the service one should get ? I would say no. It looks like the staff's customer service skills are as outdated as the 1970 decor of the building.i
