  • This hotel is really MX there were times where the service was it's excellent and the hotel was worth every penny and other times where customer service was completely lacking and the attitude of the employees was horrible. The hotel is starting to age things are not as clean as they used to be rooms are a little beat up and honestly some of the staff seems a little worn out. I asked for a view and was told there weren't any while my coworker who checked in at the same time next to me was even easily given a great view exact one I asked for. I think next time we will stay somewhere else on the strip.
