  • If I could rate this 0 stars I would. Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Went in for an oil change which I had previously called in to reserve an appointment. I arrived 5 minutes ahead of schedule and they still had my car wait behind three other vehicles. I had them add the tire rotation and run the vehicle through the car wash as well, but when I went out to pick up the car it had not been washed! I asked them to run it through, which they estimated to be about 15 minutes. Already frustrated I opted to wait, when 45 minutes later they had finally returned the keys! Both times they parked the car in the absolute farthest spot from the customer waiting room, and the car isn't even that clean after the fact. My main issue here is the lack of integrity of this company. They did not do what they said they would do. If they were honest about their service then I would have been able to make a decision on whether or not to use them. They have completely lost my trust.
