  • Stay away u will could get taken advantage go to others much much cheaper shop around they do. It do free estimates ! Wanted to charge for a working belt , working radiator a broken water pump , a battery over $1300.00 for $197.00 parts rest for artificial labor . Refused to give me a receipt to post the thievery they try to scam people. And tires cost double here ! Will never go back to any firestone. One person working in office incompetent and one mechanic. Took 2 days to just to find out that they wanted to rip people off . Took car back ! Joke car only had 69k miles 1993 and could sell for $800 why would any person want to pay $1300.00 for getting a battery , water pump ! And if your a female they really will try to jam you ! Pls be careful. Then when you confronted them on their thievery they try they get pissed off like it's your fault you took it to the crooks ! Just be careful. They tried to rip me off in my opinion I do not want others taken advantage. I'm sure some are happy. Not me thanks . Again buyer be ware it's your money they want to spend on things you never asked to look at ! How would I need new tires when their only a year old lol a joke .... try pls any other auto repair shop and get a second or third opinion I saved over $800 by not having this firestone do the work . Thanks for thinking smart. Did they care in the 105 temperature no just waste of my time . Never ever again! Duly noted and Done and Done
