Just called them wanting to ask a question about their services when the washer and dryer in my apartment complex was down. When the phone was answered no name was given, no confirmation I had even called the right place was given, there was only a rude "how can I help you" in an annoyed, flat tone. I asked how she was doing today to which her only reply was "how can I help you" again in the same flat, annoyed tone. Perhaps not a great way to drum up new business for first time callers. I wish them the best of luck but I would prefer to take my business to a place that is less annoyed with interested customers. I can only imagine what it is like to actually go into the store. I'm sure it's a real treat.
