  • My experience at IDOLIZE Brows and Beauty was not a pleasant experience. When I walked in I was greeted cordially and as I waited for my service I was not greeted professionally by Julie, who was performing my eyebrow and lash tinting. She basically came out of the back room and said you are getting your lashes and eyebrows tinted and I said yes and then I stated that I needed to use the restroom and she said no you can't she is in the restroom, which threw me by surprise, because the formal introduction was not professional and her response to the bathroom was totally out of line as if she was talking to a child. Prior to the service I asked if there was a chart that I can select my desired eyebrow tint shaped and I was told no. While Julie was removing my tint from my eyelashes she put too much pressure on my eyelid and some of the tint burned my eye and I alerted her and flushed my eye and she removed the tint form my other eye by flushing it first, then wiping my eye. She asked how my eye was doing and I said it felt weird and she replied weird like how it is still burning? and I told her my eye was itching and I might be allergic to the dye and she proceeds to tell me basically that this is a vegetable dye and it has been tested and caused no reactions, which in my opinion really does not mean anything. Once my tint service was finished I had to ask if my brows could look better due to the being tinted thick and not attractive at all and I had to inquire about getting them threading, which was not offered as a suggestion by Julie at all. Julie went to the back room and I took another look at my tinted brows and was till not satisfied with how thick they were and Bhumi the eyebrow threader went to the back to consult with Julie about my concerns and instead of Julie coming back herself to correct my issues Bhumi did, which is not professional at all when she is the one who applied the tint in the first place. Mrs. Bhumi wipe some of the excess color off and she threaded my brows until I was satisfied and I am very happy that she provided excellent customer service skills, which is the least that I can say about the person who tinted my eyebrows and lashes. I will only return to this place to have my brows threaded nu Bhumi and get them tinted somewhere else. As a licensed cosmetologist and massage therapist who has a degree background in Business Administration I know how important it is to treat your clients with respect and going the extra mile for a client and I hope this issue does not happen to another client.
