The manager with the purple hair is unprofessional and argumentative. I purchased a GHD blow dryer about a month ago. I asked the cashier if I didn't like the blow dryer, if I could bring it back, she said "absolutely. You have 60 days to return/exchange." She never mentioned that I HAD to have my receipt. Obviously I didn't lose my receipt on purpose but things happen and I don't have it anymore. When I went in today the manager was very rude and told me all of her employees tell customers they need their receipt.. So in other words, calling my me a liar. She went on to say it's in their "red book". What does that mean to me? Nothing. Worst customer service experience. By the way, my boyfriend is a hair stylist and has exchanged many electronic products with no receipt at that location! They provided a phone number and said if I have the exact day I purchased the blow dryer, I can call and get a receipt number. Let me just look at my diary to find out what day I bought it (sarcasm). Bottom line, I will never shop here again.
