I did not have a positive experience with this florist. I thought that avoiding Teleflora would have been a good idea but I was wrong. The person who answers their phone struggles with English, which makes conveying the delivery address and card message very difficult. And then they missed the delivery date that I paid for. I told them "10:30am to 2pm Tuesday" they called the recipient to say "How about 3pm Wednesday?". Back to FTD for me.
