  • This just may be the worst mani/pedi I've ever had. I very rarely write negative reviews and not tip but this is one time I did both. The first time I walked in and an older lady tried to do my pedi but another girl took over and finished my pedi, then did my mani. I went back to the second girl and she did a good job. The third time, I called to book with her (Sandy) but when I got there I found out she was no longer there. The one in charge said she misunderstood and thought I asked for another girl (Anna)...yeah right...they sound so similar. Regardless of the reason, I decided to try Anna since I was already there. It took over two hours and she was very rough. My big toe nails were cut crooked. They told me she could cut the corners of my big toes since they grow down but I had to ask her several times to do that. She quickly ran the tips of her nippers around the cuticles and I've never seen a place skimp on product like she did...the massage was rubber gloves on skin. She did a pretty heavy massage with the sea salt scrub which was uncomfortable. I had the chair all set the way I like it but a rude woman walking by started tilting it back without asking me. When we got to the mani, I told her the length was fine and to just shape them up...square. She filed and filed and FILED...there were still rough places and they ended up way shorter than I wanted them and more round than square. I was mad for days and will never return to this place. As competitive as this industry is, you'd think they would do a better job and treat you like they want you to come back. Stay away from this place.
