A young man in window dressings directed us to where we'd find the suitcases, but all along, if you actually needed help with a specific purchase, Hy-Vee had more people in the aisles at their store fifteen minutes after we left JCPenney. Had to wait more than twelve minutes to pay at register. Come on, Penney's, you could do better.
