We came in for the 20% off and an additional 15% off sale they were having just for that day. We chose this store because we had a terrible experience at the Centennial store. This was a night and day difference. We were greeted by Diane who assisted us with any questions we had. She was very pleasant and easy to talk with. One of the designers, Layne, stopped by to provide us with more information about La-Z-Boy and the particular model we were interested in. She helped us choose a color and the memory foam cushion upgrade. She was never pushy and extremely pleasant and knowledgable. We felt that she helped us make a wise purchase. Before Layne left for the day, she had applied a discount to the set we were interested in. That was an unexpected surprise when we were about to purchase. When both Diane and Layne left for the day, we had the pleasure of working with the Sales Manager, Michela. Once again, we received top notch service. How often have you been to a business and had 3 employees you were impressed with? I can see why this store is La-Z-Boy's training store. It had a very positive and upbeat atmosphere, unlike Centennial. All the employees seemed happy and had a smile on their faces. They presented all leather options for us, including the standard leather color choices without trying to upsell us (which can make multiple dollar difference). Michela was very thorough and even stayed past closing to make sure we were comfortable with the price and purchase. When the need arises again, we would not hesitate to come back to this store!
