Stopped by here earlier today because I needed a new webcam for my laptop for a conference interview over Skype. The sales staff were mostly helpful, showed me where the webcams were, even walked me to the isle, but seemed generally uninterested in my project.
So after finding a suitable webcam with a mic, I eventually found the checkout squirreled away in the front right corner of the store. I asked the cashier if I could open the box to see if the camera would be able to clip to my laptop. She said I would have to purchase it to open it, and if it didn't, she could do a return for me; fair enough.
I bought the webcam, moved over to an empty counter to open the box so I wouldn't hold up the line. A line started to build up so an associate opened the register I was at and asked me to move so she could help someone else. Seriously, I just wanted to see if the product would fit my needs! It was like since I've already paid, they didn't care if I was satisfied or not. Bad customer service.
Three stars because the webcam did work for me once I got home and checked it out.
