  • This was the first time I ever got my haircut, and left the salon smiling instead of crying! I actually came in today after not having gotten my hair cut in over a year. I have severe social anxiety and when the person who cut my hair for years moved away, I put it off for as long as I could. That being said, Coiffeur's Salon was a great experience. It's in a beautiful part of Downtown Phoenix and the place itself is stunning. It was designed by the owners and has such a fun, urban/industrial vibe with beautiful artwork and upbeat music. The minute I walked in, I was greeted and offered something to drink Nando cut my hair and on top of being incredibly good at what he does, he was one of the kindest people I've ever met. He's very detail-oriented and asks a ton of questions to make sure that he can give you exactly what you're looking for and isn't intimidating at all. He offered plenty of feedback on how to better take care of my hair and answered any questions I had. On the flip side, he also didn't feel the need to fill every silence, which most people overlook but makes a huge difference when you get nervous just being in public. Overall, I highly recommend Coiffeur's Salon. The staff and the atmosphere are lovely, Nando is incredibly knowledgeable, you can't beat the price, and by the end of the appointment, I felt like I had just spent the morning with a friend! I can honestly say that this is the best haircut I've gotten. If anyone's still on the fence about where to get their hair done, look no further because this is where you want to be!
