  • I booked hair and makeup appointments at Zen Metro for my bridal party the day of my wedding and I couldn't be happier with the service we received. Christy did my bridal updo, successfully recreating the look she had created during my trial. After I mentioned that my hair easily fell out of the pins following a previous trial with another stylist, she used all kinds of powder, products, and brute force to make sure that didn't happen again. And it didn't. The day of my wedding, my updo was anchored to my head for a good 12 hours, despite rain, wind, and excessive dancing. All of my bridesmaids left the salon happy with how their hair looked, and I noticed that all of the stylists were very accommodating to any changes that the girls had made. Those who got their makeup done were extremely pleased with their services as well, and Tina and Kate did an especially nice job with my mother and my Matron of Honor's makeup. I also want to note that the salon owner and all the stylists were very flexible and even opened the salon early to accommodate our hectic schedule that day. Moreso, we were able to bring in breakfast food and mimosas to enjoy in addition to the complimentary wine that they serve at Zen Metro. Long story short, I've never gotten a haircut here, but I was incredibly satisfied with their bridal party services. The location near the West Side Market and all the restaurants on W. 25th is fabulous, the staff is professional and helpful, and they're extremely accommodating to large groups, even despite the many changes I had to make to our schedule. I would definitely recommend this salon to other Cleveland-area brides.
