  • Horrible unprofessional - hard to get a hold of at the complex they managed. No one is ever in the office and the office is only open during very limited hours which also happen to be when most adults have jobs (probably why my building has a drug dealing issue). Also, you'll get different answers from different people and it's all your fault for believing anything they say. They also add crazy amounts of fees even as you're trying to fix issues. They are quick to threaten eviction even if you have perfect rental history with them. Takes days to get a return phone call and they won't follow your directions like "I can't talk on the phone from this time to this" but they will just call you at those times anyway (you call back-they don't answer. another days worth of fees). I'll never rent from any their properties again. The very last month of my lease has been the worst experience ever. It's my fault for having a real job and real work hours. They seem to only want to work with the unemployed or drug dealers who are home sitting around between 10am and 1pm Mon-Fri. You're out of luck if you can't come in person to the office during those hours, because they don't use email until they suddenly feel like it.
