  • If there were a way to give no stars, I would. This company does not have good customer service to say the least. I went in to see what they could do to help repair my credit, and was given incorrect information. The representative there had stated that I would be charged a one time fee for a credit check after a 7 day period. The fee was charged after the 7 days which was fine. However, what was not disclosed was that they went ahead and ordered it to be a recurring monthly charge. I found this information out after being charged by Equifax, again. When I contacted their office and spoke with their office manager Bianca, I was told two different things. I was told that they tell everyone it's a one time fee but that it is a recurring monthly fee. When I asked why that was not told to me while I was there in their office she changed her demeanor. She seemed like I insulted her by asking that question. That's when she told me that I didn't hear correctly and that I must not understand. I asked not to be spoken to like it was my fault for what they did, and not to accuse me of not being able to comprehend what was told to me. Then she goes on to try and say that they probably did tell me of the reoccurring charge. When I reminded her of what she said originally she wasn't too happy. She proceeded to tell me that they may not have disclosed what they were going to do but that it was not their fault that I was misinformed. I should have checked their reviews before going to this place. Save yourself the time and money, do not go here.
