| - Here's my experience and I'm still living here. Can't wait to get until my lease is over with. I have kept to myself, worked my butt off as a single mother who has my kids half time btw, trying to provide for my children a nice living environment and have paid all of my rent on time. I've been friendly to the staff, even offering the managers husband a job with our company. I work most hours of almost every day. I moved into a one bedroom, did well for myself and upgraded to a 2 bedroom thinking that would be a better situation for me and my children. I really enjoyed the complex at first until I was placed on the second floor. The woman underneath me complains to the office all the time about my children walking around in the apartment, saying her house is rumbling from it. Lol a 35 and 40 lb 4 and 5 year old do not rumble the floors of apartments. I feel as though I am now constantly being harassed with fines and letters to move out because the woman underneath and crystal Klein are in the office discussing my lease information and are seeming to plot against me. My best friend came to stay with me part time to help with the kids and my divorce and she travels with the company so she was barely here. A dog was left behind by someone else in the complex so my friend took on the dog to take care of. This was early February and the dog was added to the lease then. We tried to add my friend to the lease but she was denied so they said she could not stay with me. She moved out as well as the dog as of almost 2 weeks ago. I notified the office that the dog should be taken off my lease since she is not here anymore. Now the woman underneath was harrassing me on a Sunday afternoon to quiet my kids( this was last Sunday) I told her to pump off cuz it was Sunday afternoon and I was sick of her complaining to the office about my kids walking around. I tried to be nice to her. She got mad that I had 3 people here one night when I first lived here. We played cards and had a few beers. No "rager" or anything. Just a couple people from work who lived in the same complex hanging out. I apologized if we were loud because she complained to the office that chairs were being moved on the floor that night and it irritated her and I gave her my number and also some chocolate, coffee, a card, and gift cards as an apology and said if it was ever loud for her to please text me and we would quiet down. BTW, we were never loud, and that was the only time I had people here. I told her last Sunday when she was complaining about my kids walking around that She lives in an apartment and if she doesn't like the sound of footsteps above her she should move to a house or somewhere remote. She threatened me with tattling on me to the office about my friend and her dog. Which I said they already knew about nice try and they're not living here anymore. Conveniently she told me that her and crystal were discussing my information about my lease, which I personally think is a breach of privacy, but who knows. Then conveniently 3 days later (today) I get 2 emails stating that a poo sample that was collected back in December and January matched the dog that was living here. For one, we did not have this dog back then, and why now- 4 and 5 months later(conveniently a few days after miss penny the neighbor threatened me) am I getting two fines 150 each totaling 304 dollars for a dog that's now not supposed to be on my lease and from when it was not even living here? I am constantly being harassed by the office and fined for things that have nothing to do with me. It seems that the office is plotting with this woman to either try to get me evicted or for me to break my lease and them sue me for the remainder. I hate this place and have never had such a horrible experience anywhere else. This nazi Germany-esque type of apartment complex tries to dictate your life in anyway that they can. I recently got out of an abusive marriage thinking that life would be better outside of my situation that I was in. Now I'm just being controlled and abused by my landlords. They are taking all of my money and it's not fair. I can't afford to get out but can also not afford these mysterious ridiculous fines that I keep getting. Do not move here if you enjoy privacy and not being harassed constantly!!!
