  • I am a Realtor and Property Manager here in the Las Vegas/Henderson area. I have only one experience with purchasing an appliance through Pacific Sales at Best Buy at this location and I can say, without a doubt, that you should NEVER purchase an appliance here. I purchased a built in fridge in September, they delivered it (after weeks of cancelling deliveries and having to escalate the order to upper management) only to realize the fridge is too small for the space, so I upgraded to a larger fridge and it has now been 2 months and they have scheduled multiple deliveries and have NEVER shown up to deliver. I have asked to speak to a manager several times and have received no phone call. All of this hassle for a fridge that cost thousands of dollars. Hours and hours of my time has been wasted, the tenants are furious as they have waited numerous times for a delivery that never occurred, and thousands of dollars spent without the appliance to show for it. Do yourself a favor, DO NOT purchase from this store!
