No black out blinds. One elevator for the entire hotel (even used by the house keeping staff). No housekeeping unless specifically requested.
Easily the worst Best Western... EVER. I book a Best Western everywhere I go because I know they are clean, accommodating, and reasonably priced. I was shocked at my experiences at this Best Western until I saw the sign that read "All Best Westerns are privately owned." Makes sense!! I had a room for two with one shampoo bottle in the bathroom. No hand soap just a lotion bottle by the sink. Ok annoying at best BUT what killed my Vegas vacation were the blinds!!!!! It's Vegas, people get drunk and have hang overs the last thing we want is a bright room at the crack of dawn. Every hotel I've gone to has black out blinds to accommodate for time changes, jet lag... a Vegas hang over. Then of course there was the staff. Front desk was decent but the house keeping staff was laughable. "Excuse me where can we find the ice machine?" (Ignoring me) "excuse me?" (Ignores me again) "excuse me??" "Omg it's over there!!! Down there!!! There!!!" Apparently the only ice machine was located on the first floor. There is only ONE elevator too. Located at the very front of the hotel. The housekeeping... Left for a full Vegas Strip day and came back to a messy room. FUN. Especially when you're exhausted and don't have clean towels... you have to ask for them at the front desk but they of course offer for you to get them your self... accommodating of course. No "do not disturb" sign apparently they just "missed our room".
