  • This place still has some great views. Unfortunately like the rest of the casino it is in dire need of a refresh. The decor is tired and dated. The liquor selection is lacking. If you are staying at the Rio though, it is likely still worth the trip up to enjoy a drink and the view on the balcony. The entire week we were in town they were giving away free passes, so that helped.
