  • Currently sitting in Lens Crafters at Blvd Mall. Service was great until you have to wait for your actual glasses. Don't ever believe them when they say it will be ready in 1 hour and they will text you. It is going on two hours and still have not received my text. If they would have been upfront about the wait time I would have went home and came back another day. Instead my day is wasting away sitting in their lobby. And to top it off I am not alone. Guy next to me says he has been waiting 2.5 hours. If Lens Crafters reads this review realize that keeping the customer informed turns new customers into repeat business. And this review would have been a 5 Star review. Oh well there are literally hundreds of other eye glass places that we as the public can go to. Funny thing is I don't even need these glasses, I just have the benefit thru work so I thought I would use my benefit up and get a backup pair before it expired.
