  • Allow me to start by saying I have been a loyal customer to Hollygood since they opened . Great owner, great nail techs, and always a clean salon. I am sad to say that the service lately (past 2 visits) has not been the same and feels rushed. I have very long acrylic nails and the tech (same person past two visits) did not take the time to properly remove previous gel color or file the sides, leaving rugged edges and bumps after new coat of polish. One of my nails was broken when I came in and it was very hard for the tech to remove the remaining acrylic. Instead of soaking it off, he was in a rush and removed it with a loose nail tip which ended up cutting my cuticle. What usually takes over an hour to do my long nails only took 35 minutes. A true disappointment. & shout out to Tammy for always slaying my brows.
