  • Noir Nail Bar promised to be a cool place to do nails in Liberty Village. Sad to say that the service is not up to par. I visited when it first opened, eager to have this place as my regular spot. Technicians are nice but the owner/receptionist needs to learn a thing or two about customer service. There is no customer service there. You are barely spoken to when you pay. How about a "thank you come again"? If you are a regular, which I was, how about trying to smile? I am still looking for a decent place. Too bad that Noir Nail Bar is not it.
