  • The Dress Circle has the best collection of women's clothing in the country. The owner and staff are so knowledgeable. Although one might find some of the designers in other boutiques the selection of the designers is not possible to find. Anywhere. I love the comfortable feeling in the shop -- it's more like being in a home or private setting. No one presupposes who you are and all are welcome. They are truly a gem in Pittsburgh. Even if I didn't live here part of the year it's a fashion destination. I live part of the year in the Bay Area and do my shopping at The Dress Circle. I think that says it all. GO!!!!
