I found this company online, and despite not being able to find many reviews, I decided to give them a call because of their $24.99 a room online coupon. When scheduling, I was asked if there were "any cats or dogs in the house." I do have a cat, so I said yes, and the guy said there would be an extra $75 charge for "deodorizer," which is mandatory. So my cost went from $50 for two rooms (neither of which need a deodorizer, and I'm pretty sure that choice should be up to the customer, since I'm the one who has to live with it!) to $125! Seems like a bait and switch almost...
The guy was polite, but VERY dismissive. He ended our call with "It doesn't matter to us. That's our policy. Call us back or call someone else." I'll definitely be calling someone else! Yikes!
