  • Our A/C unit was blowing hot air on a Saturday so I called to schedule an appointment - next available one was on Sunday which was great. I was told a technician would call 1/2 hour before coming over and would be here between 1-6pm. I told them I needed to leave by 4pm and they said no problem. I'm used to the drill so I stayed close to home all afternoon - no call. I called at 3:20pm and they said they wouldn't be able to get someone over and needed to reschedule. A total waste of my time. Thanks Precision Air.
