  • I had carpet ripples in my carpet and was worried that I would need to replace the carpeting. I decided to try carpet repair before replacement. They gave me an estimate over the phone and told me when the repair technician would arrive and that he would be driving their van with logo. Daniel arrived on time and finished the job in less than an hour. He even removed his shoes before he entered the house which never happened when I lived in rainy Oregon. Later they returned to clean the carpeting and my house looks like new.
