  • This is my second time using Safelite to replace windshields on my cars due to rocks cracking them while driving on the freeway. Both times, I have had a tech come to my house to replace the windshields and I have no compliants. One time I called them thinking I did have a divot from a rock and when the tech came out, he said there was no damage, just debris from the rock hitting the windshield. He then went the extra mile and cleaned my windshield both inside and out. Talk about service! Each time, the techs are extremely polite and prompt. They call when they are 20-30 minutes out and arrive when they say they will. Just today, I needed to have the windshield on one of my Ram trucks replaced and they replaced it with a brand new factory windshield. My truck has a ram logo on the windshield so I was worried the new one wouldn't have it, but it did. Making an appointment was super easy, too. When I called, they informed me that my insurance company actually has to make the appointment and they connected me directly with my insurance company to do so. All in all, I will use them again and recommend them for service.
