This review is based on my last three visits since January 2017
Customer service/respect - consistently poor
Competence of staff - poor to mediocre
Rudeness I can tolerate but when we are talking about the integrity of medical information/testing, getting it right matters
Warning: be vigilant to be sure they have matched your form to you. I was in the waiting room on 2 occasions where the technician drew blood samples from a client and had mixed up two different peoples forms. When the client pointed this out, they got an argument which became quite public in the end.
Last example was today. Just now at 8:45am. Technician is unable to comprehend basic procedure nor are they able to acknowledge mistakes or accept responsibility.
Other example - last visit -I was sent away to another lab because the technician said DG no longer does a certain standard analysis - after going to life labs (with no problem) I get a panicky call asking me to come back - they made a mistake and did not want to get in trouble
This appears to be an issue at this location only - other DG labs seem fine - this location is troubled - won't be back
