  • Stopped her to cash a check. I won't repeat what others are saying about the long lines. 4 tellers were on duty 4/4/16. My wait was 20 minutes. I wanted to get some new 20 dollar bills and was told they only get new paper money at Christmas. The teller says "you want some pretty 20's"? So she picked the best ones from her stack. I guess professionalism doesn't mean much anymore in banks with the cattle herd mentality because she referred to me as "hon". I find this inappropriate to address a customer as HON or HONEY for that matter. I don't care what part of the country you are from. She must need additional training.
