  • Waited in line for twenty minutes, at which point the young lady told us we had to check in at the computers behind us and would have to go to the back of the line which, at that point, would have been at least another twenty minutes. Seems like common sense to inform people that you have to sign in first prior to speaking with someone at the front desk. We left.
