| - I've been here multiple times, and it ranges from "alright" to "good." I even called once or twice to let them know I was coming, with how many people, etc. It doesn't seem to matter though, each time I called I still had to wait as if I surprised them by showing up. On the other hand, I've barged in on a tight timeline without calling, in desperate need of their service before leaving town, and they were able to seat me immediately and get me out of there on time with my nails reborn.
If your priority is to get it done at a good price, and you crave accessible parking and extended hours, this may be your spot. However, coming here is a bit like a box of chocolates - you never know what you're gonna get. I've had an older woman work on my toes and tips and she did a wonderful job -- she was thorough and efficient, but I still felt pampered. I've also had a few younger technicians who seemed to be in a huge rush to get out of there -- plowing through my cuticle trimming and slapping on some paint. I mean efficiency is cool, it's so industrial revolution.
Why try to control everything, you know? Truly live in this complex, imperfect world. Sometimes you have to eat through the cherry cordials to get to the mocha truffle. I guess that last one doesn't make sense if you like cherry cordials. :-X
