The worst customer service department I have ever experienced. This is my second issue at this dealership. The first was them trying to charge me for something I didn't need. This time they do not honor their appointment times. I had scheduled 10:00 am appointment which I booked online. They told me they could probably get me in towards the end of the day since I didn't mark that I was waiting. Really? That is why I scheduled an appointment... If I buy a Ford again it won't be from this dealership, and I would steer clear from anyone doing service there unless they make big changes and start putting the customer first.
