| - Great service, courteous, and the price was excellent. I looked them up on Google and Yelp and saw the ratings by not just a few but 100+ satisfied customers. I since have had them out for A/C service and have a problem with their system of setting appointments. I scheduled an appointment about 2 weeks ago and it was set for 5/25/16, no time was given. They will not give you a "window" of 2 or 4 hrs. You have to wait at home for their call as to when they will come. For working people, you have to take a full day off. With some other past services I was called and told the appointment would be moved to a later time, and when that time came, I would be told that they would be here in 20 minutes, then when I called after 20 minutes, I would be told, another 20 minutes etc. I realize things change, but sometimes it becomes ridiculous. I signed up for a VIP service and a day or two after service, something went bad and I was told that the VIP service gave me priority, but was told they could not get to me for a long period of time (no A/C, summer months). I complained loud enough and got my quick service. Other companies can give the customer a "window" and I think this company could and should.
