  • We just sold our home with Joshua Hill and he was an amazing agent throughout the entire process. As first time sellers, we had a ton of questions about everything, especially during negotiations, but Josh took the time to thoroughly answer everything and gave us excellent advice. He was very prompt with returning calls or emails and is always pleasant and professional. I am happy to say we received two full price offers within 24 hours of listing our home and eventually closed above list price! Also, I love the gorgeous photos of our house. More than just marketing materials, I will keep them as memories of our first home. My only concern is that we will never have a real estate deal go so well again since we are moving out of state...Joshua Hill set the bar extremely high!
