  • Avoid the older lady that's been "working there for 100 years" at all cost. I've been having my nails done for 15 years and I've never walked out of an appt until today. I was nearly in tears. Instead of filing off lifted areas she was ripping them up and snapping them off with cuticle cutters. I've never felt pain like that in my life. She burned me multiple times with the drill, tried shoving a tip under a broken nail to lift it off instead of filing it down.... Her licence should be revoked.
