rev:text	I like the night shift chefs and servers. They served me sushi with very little rice throughout my meal. Very good cuts as well. The chef accomodated my food allergy very well. Sometimes I have to wait but the chef would always apologize and explain though I can see that they are preparing for someone else's order (which I understand). But when they are not busy, the chef always goes to my side whenever I'm almost done, to see if I want to order more. One time I ordered sake nigiri and the chef asked if I want belly (not on menu) instead. Yes pls! Very satisfied. 5 stars. Left $10 tip. I went back for late lunch with a friend. Only got one tray of wasabi and ginger (good my friend doesn't like them so I took that 1 tray for myself). Rice was very little on my first order then they put more rice after that (even my friend commented on the significant increase of rice on my nigiris). The cuts (small and not properly cut) are also worse on my next orders--I can tell they are skimping fish on me. The chef did not want to accomodate my food allergy so I wasn't able to get one of the sushi that I want. 1st server ignored us even when he see me looking at him(he's doing his best not to make eye contact) and the other server heard us talking about it while looking at the 1st server, 2nd server went straight to the table beside us (which was already asked by the 1st server) then she proceeded to serve other tables before we were able to make her feel pity on us. Our water wasn't filled right right away and had to flag the 3rd server to get water. 0 stars. Left $1.24 tip. Very disappointed, I keep bragging to my friend how good I was taken care of from my prior visit. Tip: go late at night or maybe give lunch servers their tip in advance MAYBE they will take care of you. Or NOT to request anything if you're going on lunch or early dinner time if you can't go late at night. And yes, I was friendly to them until they keep ignoring us.
