The staff here are very polite and service is great.
This place just opened up so I'm not sure whether it's a supply issue or not, but I was a little unimpressed with the macarons at this store, the cookie was over cooked and the insides were dry and lacked the chewiness that is usually expected. The flavours of the ganache and the cookie were decent, but the texture really threw me off.
They did manage to get the Pain au Chocolat right. The outside was lightly crispy and the inside was fluffy.
The decor is simple and modern. The menus are easy to read. The seating area is small perfect for drinking your coffee and indulging in a small pastry
I know Nadège is one of Toronto's better pastry stores, so I'll have to come back and see if the issue with the macarons was a one time thing, but apart from the macarons, I recommend this place, but I think I'll stick to their home store
