I forgot to give an update... Shortly after my last review the owner called to apologize for the "misunderstanding" and address the bad review I gave them. While I'm not sure how many other customers would appreciate being confronted from a business owner, I have to give her credit for having the balls to call me.
The technicians and bug service we had received was always top-notch so I will probably give them another chance this summer when all the nasty bugs come out of hibernation.
