  • Want to have a firm come out, ask what you'd like done, scope the project, make recommendations, and then never hear from them again? If you do (and who does?), All Terrain is your firm! Had them come out to bid a relatively easy and quick project. Was told I'd have a quote within 24 hours. Nothing. A week passed, then I received a voicemail saying I'd have a quote within 24 hours. 4 more days passed. Still nada. In a marketplace where there are literally hundreds of landscaping companies in the Valley, customer service and responsiveness to new business can set you apart. Or, set you back. My experience with All Terrain is the latter. Clearly my business was not valued. I recommend you look elsewhere.
