Customer Service wouldn't check the shelf for a ceiling fan for us - she said go online. We go home, find it online, and guess what? It's in stock at the store and she was just too lazy to get it for us. So we purchased online and picked it up later in store. Silly...
We go back, this time looking for an interior basement door. The person standing in front of the desk was demeaning and made us feel stupid because our description must not have been good enough for her. She lacked manners, a name tag, and wasn't even wearing a Lowe's uniform. She didn't care to help us so we ran away from her department because we felt like we were bothersome for just being in the same room as her.
Not a good experience on either occasion. Considering returning the washer/dryer and ceiling fan and cancelling the credit card already. Oh well.
