  • Michelle was wonderful! Oh my gosh, I was so grossed out and embarrassed by the experience, but she was very knowledgeable and attentive and helped me realize there was nothing to be ashamed of and quickly addressed our problem. She walked me through the life cycle, what to look for and how to clean items in the house. Her products are superior to what you can get over the counter. The comb has super tight teeth and actually works! She answered every question, easy to communicate with phone/text. She showed up on time. She's great with kids and getting them to sit still! Lol. I couldn't ask for a better person to help me through this experience with my little girl. I can sleep well and feel good about hugging my daughter again now she's nit-free! Thank you Michelle! ??
