  • I have had Seth Preus as my agent for 11 years this October. Couple of things I'll point out that have made our experience top notch. When we first moved from Minnesota, here to Arizona back in 2003, we experienced an incredible display of customer service. I was at work, and the wife called me saying her tire was flat on her SUV. Being new to the area, I told her to call our insurance agent, and see who they recommended us to call. When she called, one of Seth's associates took it upon himself to actually drive to our house, and put the spare tire on for the wife. At no cost of course. We about fell over. His staff, and Seth himself are not only friendly, and easy to get ahold of, and talk to, but they are top flight professional's at what they do. Recently, I had the pleasure of working with Wendy on exploring adding life insurance policies, and as usual, she was very friendly, and very knowledgeable during the entire process. She followed up several days later to see if we had any further questions. The entire staff at Seth's office, is truly fantastic! I have no problem saying that not only do I recommend them if your new to the area, but I'd recommend them if you've been here and had a competitor for years. I think you will be pleased at how much they can save you, and your family. Their commitment to excellence, really is impressive. We plan on being customer's for another 11 years...and further.
