  • If you are coming in for a new car deal, check who is the sales director of the day. If it is James, walk away and come back another day. He is very mean, and will make sure you do not get a good deal He asked me what was the deal I wanted, and I simply mentioned that I wanted him to pay $2000 more for my trade in as I could sell privately for $3500 more. He simply told me good luck in a very sarcastic way. I did like to work with the sales person, but this guy made me feel horrible as he clearly wanted his sales persons to get me into a deal that would make him a huge profit.
