  • Came in for an eye exam and contacts. My wait time was low. Their reception staff were a little withdrawn and they had what looked like a new receptionist or a temp because she wasn't too knowledgeable in ringing me up. Dr. Helen Knisley was exceptional. She was fast, proficient, and knowledgeable. Towards the end I expressed my interest for colored contacts and she went above and beyond and encouraged me to try all the 8+ colors out. She was even nice enough to take pictures of all the colors so I could send them to a friend. Plus I love that they send text appointment reminders.
