A friend and I got off work went straight to big 5 on warm springs and durango to get last minute snowboarding gear for a trip to Mt. Charleston early the next morning...after trying on some gear and not finding his size in some pants he really liked ..we asked manager to call the closest store on buffallo...the store on buffalo had the rt size..so the manager let them know we wer on our way there it was 850p...we get to the store on buffalo at 857p.. the employees had already locked their doors and wouldn't help us as we looked at each other thru the glass doors ...i motioned and pointed to my watch angry that they would close early and do this after the manager called them to let them know we wer on our way...they both shrugged their shoulders and shook their head no...it was terrible customer service...i work in the same industry and It wouldn't have taken anymore than 5min to get us in and out ...this happened on Fri night Jan 30th ..there wer 2 employees a man and a woman at the register..they walked to the back of the store after they shrugged n shook their head no ...
