| - The thing that makes this place great is the teachers and the abundance of props that are free to use.
I tried this place when I got a Groupon for 20 classes and really enjoyed my time there. I would book a membership just to take more classes with Erica.
All of the teachers are different and unique, I strongly recommend trying as many different classes with as many different instructors as you can. They are all great instructors in that they give direction well, are supportive, and will assist you with getting into poses.
They offer blankets, blocks, straps, mats, and "assist" stones. I love the idea of the colored stones and hadn't seen them before. There is yellow for injury, red for please don't touch, and green for all good. These let the instructor know what kind of practice you're looking for.
In the lounge they offer warm tea, water, and ufually a basket of fruit.
My only annoyance with Bliss Flow is the layout/size of the studio. At the end of class, everyone huddles around the small cubbies to get their shoes and jacket. It's such a mess trying to find a spot to "re-cloth" yourself. Sometimes it can be a struggle to find a place for your mat in classes that are near capacity. It's a bit of a free for all with mat placement so it can be difficult at times if you're coming in later.
Prices are similar to other studios. I recommend trying it out and if you find a teacher you like, book it!
