  • I cannot believe I didn't review this place yet after so long!! OOps.. SORRY! Location: Oddly enough, this place is so popular even though it opened in the foodcourt of the very old old Peach tree plaza. This plaza used to be the place to go to when I was a kid because it was just the local asian food court with grocery store and some small boutiques... but surprisingly, this little waffle and icecream store has brought YOUNG people back to this old food court. THanks to SOCIAL MEDIA -- that's how I heard and seen all these cool photos of my fave eggy waffle with delicious soft serve matcha icecreams. This place has lineups--- one after another after another! Luckily, you can stay inside in the warm and comfort of the indoor mall during those cold winter days! Price: Kind of costly to order the combo of WAFFLE + Icecream... but YOU gotta do IT because that's just how it is! FOOD: I would not even want to order the eggy waffle separately, nor would I just eat the ice cream solo... SO I guess i just have to suck it up and pay the $7 for the combo. The egg waffles are made so thin and crispy. I really enjoy how the waffle tastes because it just feels like a light texture and nothing overpowering the ice cream. it definitely doesn't taste as flavourful like the 'traditional" EGG flavour. you have the choice of ordering different flavours to try! I've tried the cookies and cream waffle and the black and white sesame waffle... IF i eat the waffle ALONE --- I really much rather eat the traditional EGGY Waffle flavour... but because this waffle is paired up with the ice cream, it just goes better with the ice cream texture and flavour. The Ice cream is very enjoyable because the GREEN tea soft serve does have some good flavours to it... but again, not ENOUGH matcha flavour that would make me want to eat it SOLO... but really good in combo with the waffle. I've tried the black sesame ice cream as well... not STRONG burst of flavours but hints of it. Again, good to pair with the waffle. I often come if I'm in the neighborhood!!!
