  • Went in to get a phone activated yesterday. The gentleman at the door immediately checked us in with a smile. We perused the latest and greatest phones and tablets out at the moment. After about five minutes, a friendly sales rep assisted us and quickly activated our phone. The quick thinking rep saw that we had been lingering in the tablet section of the store and informed us of the 50% off deal on all tablets plus a rebate on the specific tablet we were interested in. Unable to let an excellent sale pass me by, I purchased the tablet. The kind rep activated and set up the tablet up for me. When done, the rep proceeded to walk us to the door, held it open and wished us a good evening. This my friends is excellent customer service!
