  • The experience at the store was great, the sales person was knowledgeable and helpful we got a great price on the washer and dryer we purchased. They ha d a lot more to offer as well, very satisfied. Only reason I am rating them with 3 stars is because the delivery process was HORRIBLE! The delivery driver was in a hurry and would not wait for us to remove a trim to get the appliance in. We had to refuse delivery, when we called I was on hold for at least an hour before I reached someone who was NOT helpful. My suggestion if you are going to the outlet make every effort to pick up your own appliance and not deal with the hassle, not worth it!
